Cancellations and Late Arrivals policy

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Should you arrive late for your appointment and your treatment cannot be completed in the remaining time, we will ask you to reschedule.
We charge 30% of the treatment for a no-show.

What an amazing afternoon of pampering with the ladies of Sana who were not only 5-star brilliant at gel application but also absolutely delightful. The salon was full of laughter with the stories being shared between all present. These ladies care about their clients and make sure they only give the best service! I will be back for sure.
